Shipping policy

When an order is placed you are able to select your preferred shipping method, various options will be listed through carriers: USPS or UPS. Tracking is provided as it is available.  Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipments should arrive between 2-5 business days. With international shipments delivery times vary quite a bit depending on the destination, typically we observe orders being delivered anywhere between 1-4 weeks after being shipped. 

Please be aware that carriers may be facing additional delays due to the effects of COVID-19. These and any other delays, should they occur, are in most cases out of our control once an order has been shipped. We will provide, to the best of our ability, accurate updates on the status of an order.  

If there is any concern about an order that has been placed, please contact us here and be sure to include your order number and any necessary additional information. Once an order has been placed, we will do our best to address any requests for change or cancellation that come in. Please note that although we will do our best, it is not guaranteed that we will get to every request in time before an order is shipped. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Returns, 9741 Preston rd. Unit 208 Frisco, Tx 75033 united states. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, please note, the cost of the inital shipping will have been deducted from your refund.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will first contact you to see if you would like the order to be reshipped. We will confirm that the address we have on file is in fact correct or see if you'd like to attempt delivery at a new address.  We will not proceed with any charges without first receiving the consent of the customer. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error with your shipment or order.
